G.  Coaches association presidents are responsible for working with the NJCAA national office liaison to order Hall of Fame awards by the same

          Section 3. Finances
                                                                                             th
             A.  Budgets must be submitted by the President of the CA to the NJCAA National Office liaison by November 15 of each year and approved by the
                    body, the Treasurer and the President
             B.  All expenses that require reimbursement must be emailed to the NJCAA national office liaison and accompanied by a completed digital copy of
                    the NJCAA reimbursement, scanned copies of all receipts, and signatory approval of the sport association president – if president, will be
                    approve by national office
             C.  All coaches associations are allowed to use the standard federal per diem rates
             D.  Any association that provides any amount of a stipend to an individual must request those to be paid in writing to the NJCAA national office
                 liaison with the following information
                  a. Name
                  b. Address
                  c. Social Security Number (one time only – initial entering of info)
                  d. Amount
                  e. Reason for Stipend
             E.  Any stipends paid for more than $599 a year will require the issuance of a 1099
             F.  Per federal laws, the financials of the coaches associations will be audited by the NJCAA auditor
             G.  The NJCAA national office collects 10% of new income (membership fees) annually for services rendered
          Section 4. Awards

             A.  Coaches associations may provide awards in addition to the standard NJCAA awards at national tournaments.
                    a. Awards must be approved by the national office liaison
                    b. Must not duplicate current NJCAA national awards
             B.  NJCAA Coaches Association Awards may be presented during the national award ceremony.
             C.  Non-NJCAA awards may not be presented during the national award ceremony; however, they are permissible at the banquet or other.
             D.  Coaches Associations are responsible for working with the NJCAA any awards given to teams or coaches outside of the standard national
                    awards given by the NJCAA.
             E.  President of the Coaches Associations must work with the NJCAA national office liaison to ensure proper ordering of all awards through
                    appropriate NJCAA vendor.

          Section 5. Special Events
             A.  Coaches Associations, as operating under the NJCAA umbrella must utilize NJCAA sponsors if they exist.
             B.  At no time, shall coaches associations contract or negotiate with competing sponsors of the association.
             C.  Coaches associations may recruit and solicit non-competing sponsors for events, but they must be submitted for prior approval to the office of
                 External Affairs.
             D.  The use of any NJCAA logo must be licensed in order to provide outside sales of products
             E.  Items worn or used directly by the associations still need to be ordered through licensed vendors, which the NJCAA national office can assist.
             F.  All special events must provide insurance coverage for the student-athletes, coaches, the association, spectators, and the overall venue
             G.  All special events must be approved by the liaison to the NJCAA National Office.
