D. A maximum of three (3) at-large members may be selected and submitted by the Presidential Advisory Council and approved by the
Board of Regents to ensure representation of:
D.1. male, female and ethnic minority diversity,
D.2. scholarship divisions,
D.3. diversity of presidential experience,
D.4. participant from under represented regions.
E. No two (2) elected members may be from the same region.
F. Elections and terms shall be staggered to ensure continuity.
F.1. Southwest and Southeast (2020)
F.2. Northeast and Central (2021)
F.3. Northwest and East Central (2022)

G. Members must be current NJCAA member college presidents.
H. The following timetable will be utilized in the election process:
February 1 Nominations go to the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC).
March 1 Board of Regents votes on nominees

Section 8 – The NJCAA Foundation
A. The NJCAA Foundation is the fundraising arm of the NJCAA.
B. The NJCAA Foundation has its own Foundation Board of Directors.
C. The NJCAA Foundation has its own set of bylaws which will be found in the section NJCAA Foundation Bylaws.
