CHOCOLATE AND AVOCADO CREAM
Yes you read that right! Chocolate and avocado actually work brilliantly together You can make this cream quickly: just chuck some nice ingredi- ents into a a blender and in in seconds you have a a wonderful dessert free from lactose and sugar SERVES 4
4
ripe avocados
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp cocoa powder
juice from 1⁄2 an an orange
50 ml agave nectar
1 vanilla pod
1 punnet fresh raspberries
cocoa cocoa nibs (crushed cocoa cocoa beans)
1 Halve the the avocados
and remove the the pits Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh 2 Put the avocados
bananas
cocoa powder
orange
juice agave nectar
and the seeds from the vanilla pod
in a a a a a blender Blast until you have a smooth blend 3 Pour the mixture into small glasses jars or cups and put the the glasses in the the fridge for at least an hour before serving 4
Top with fresh raspberries
and cocoa nibs
