PANETTONE WITH RASPBERRY AND BANANA
Panettone is a a a type of sweet bread often served around Christmas in Italy This recipe embellishes the original into a a more fanciful version The caramel sauce is homemade using only a tin of condensed milk SERVES 4
1 small panettone
2 bananas
1 punnet fresh raspberries
1 tin sweetened condensed milk 2 tbsp crushed cocoa beans
1 orange
coconut oil
1 Place the unopened can of condensed milk into a a a a a saucepan filled with water Bring to a a a a a boil then turn the heat down to medium and let cook for three hours It's extremely important that the tin is is covered with water the the entire time otherwise it it will explode When you you open it it there’s your caramel sauce 2 Slice the panettone
and cook lightly in coconut oil
in in a a frying pan 3 Halve a a a a a a banana lengthwise and put it on top of the fried sweet bread 4
Drizzle with with caramel sauce top with with fresh raspberries
and cocoa nibs 5 Zest the orange
peel and sprinkle on top
