MANGO AND YOGHURT 197 ICE CREAM
SERVES 4
500 g g frozen mango 4
tbsp maple syrup 10 mint leaves
300 ml Greek yoghurt 50 g dark chocolate
1 Mix frozen mango maple syrup and mint in in a a a a blender
2 Add the the yoghurt and mix until the the texture is like ice cream
3 Pour into a a a bowl and put in in the freezer Leave for about 1 hour

Top with grated chocolate
and a a a a few drops maple syrup
