Using MLS Connect to Keep Your Students Up to Date

This section describes how to use MLS Connect and link the student integrator between your
MIS and MLS system throughout your school.

MLS Connect will run automatically every day at 1:00am. It can also be forced to run manually,
as described below.

4.1 Launch the Xporter Management Console from the desktop. The ‘Xporter’ main
window will appear.

4.2 Select Jobs from the Console Root on the left side of the window.

4.3 Select MLS-Eclipse to highlight the job.

4.4 Click once on the Run Job Now link from the Actions pane on the right side of the window.

The task could take several minutes depending on the speed of your network systems,
network traffic and number of student records to process.
