Golf can be therapeutic, both mentally and physically, and it attracts all walks of life to the sport. The industry is continually evolving with its technological advances in training devices, equipment, and playing surfaces. These innovations help enhance the experiences golfers have therefore increasing their mental and physical well being.
Socially, the golf industry plays a crucial part in creating and promoting community engagement. The 2023 survey shows that golfers remain dedicated to supporting and participating in charity golf events as an estimated $382 million was raised compared to $330 million raised in 2019. Activities such as tournaments and fundraisers help to strengthen communities by bringing everyone together for a common cause.
