ON TO THE FOOD
         Let’s get started! First, choose 3 tray-passed hors d’oeu-
         vres for cocktail hour. Next, review the dinner buffet
         menus and select 2 entrees, plus 4 hot or cold side dish-
         es. Artisan rolls and breads are included as well as ta-
         ble-side coffee service or a coffee station. Your wedding
         cake (we can line up a local baker if desired) is served by
         staff, with cake-cutting service at no charge. All serving
         equipment and buffet decor with fresh decorative greens
         to complement the buffet are included.

         That was simple!  But are you thinking of menu items
         not listed or looking to bump it up?

         Your caterer will be happy to create
         a custom menu to include items not
         listed in the package description.
         Consider extra hors d’oeuvres, cock-
         tail buffets or stations, or change up
         the dinner service to include a multi-
         course seated meal or creative action
         stations around your tent perimeter.
         Extra side dishes, edible gifts for
         guests to take home or dessert choices can be added.
         Designing a beer pairing menu can be a fun option or
         incorporating Ommegang ales as an ingredient in some
         menu items is another thought. Consult with your cater-
         er to discuss the endless options!

         Special requests can almost always be accommodated,
         including meals requiring special dietary consideration
         such as vegan, avoiding gluten, lactose intolerant, food
         allergies or special meals for young guests.
