NRMC Recognizes 2025 NRMC Leadership Academy Graduates
NRMC’s Leadership Academy celebrated the graduation of its 2025 class. Selected through a competitive application process, these emerging leaders successfully completed
a rigorous 10-month development program designed to foster growth, collaboration, and innovation.
The NRMC Leadership Academy is an integrated curriculum
aimed at equipping current and future leaders with the
interpersonal and organizational skills needed to
successfully lead teams. As part of the program, the class
was charged with identifying two key opportunities within
the organization and delivering capstone projects focused
on these areas. This year ‘s capstones were focused on: (1) Idea and Innovation Cultivation within the Frontline Sta  and (2) Deploying New Approaches to Broaden Associate Recognition within the Frontline Sta .
The Leadership Academy is part of NRMC’s commitment to investing in its associates and ensuring a strong future of healthcare leadership for the region.

Shay Ball, Kelsey Beaudion, Halie Errington, Jessica Havard, Cheyenne Martin, Andrea Rachal, Renee Robinson, Megan Sauce, Justin Sines, Jared Stanton, Dacia Vascocu, Kasmine Williams, and Latonya Winslow.

NRMC Wound Center celebrated a decade of healing wounds and improving lives. Since 2015, the Wound Center has treated over 6,290 patients providing specialized care and treatments for chronic and problem wounds, which are de ned as sores or wounds that have not signi cantly improved from conventional treatments or responded to normal medical care within 30 days.
Over the past decade the Center has grown, innovated and successfully treated chronic and non-healing wounds, making a lasting impact in patients’ lives. Committed to excellence, the Wound Center has become a recognized leader in advanced wound care, receiving numerous awards from Healogics, the world’s largest wound care management company. Most recently, the Center received the prestigious Robert A. Warriner III, M.D., Clinical Excellence Award and the Center of Distinction Award.

also transformed countless lives in the community,” said Mark Nemenz, Chief Clinical and Operations O cer at Healogics.
