2. Mounting the Contention and Totem assembly

a. Locate the patient support totem – Be
careful when handling the totem, it can be
a bit heavy and bulky.

IMPORTANT: This column is
meant to be permanently
anchored to the floor. This
procedure assumes the floor
anchors have already been
completed.

b. Before starting the installation of the item
column, slightly loosen up the bolts at the

top and bottom support brackets on the
totem to facilitate its positioning.
