               DON’T WASTE THE SILENCE




                       In the time of COVID-19, or any crisis, don't waste the silence. If your phones aren't

               ringing (and we know you’re not in the office right now – but your phones are forwarded,


               right?), take advantage of the time to be proactive on your business. This will help you identify

               changes and prepare you for when things start to normalize.


                       Matt Masiello recently attended a Zoom™ meeting of executives and salespeople in


               another heavily sales focused industry, to understand how they are reacting to this crisis. One

               salesperson asked, “what should we be doing right now since we have so little activity?” The


               response was to ‘get out in the greenhouse’:


                     Start working on cultivating people, processes and target markets.


                     Don’t sit around waiting for the crisis to end.

                     Focus on activities and functions that you will have prepared to take ‘back outside’ when

                       the time is right.
