THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

ISSUING OF CERTIFICATES

Issuing of Certificates During the Ceremony

- Certificates will only be issued to candidates during the ceremony.

- Certificates will NOT be issued before the ceremony or immediately after the

ceremony.

Collection of Certificates and Awarding in Absentia

- Candidates who are unable to attend the ceremony may arrange for their
certificates to be awarded or conferred in absentia, opting to collect their
certificates or have it mailed.

- Should someone other than the candidate collect certificates, he or she must
provide written authorisation from the candidate, and will be expected to
produce his or her original identity document together with the documents
indicated above.

- Arrangements to collect certificates must be made at 011 238 6300 or emailed

to college@esri-southafrica.com
