THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

BEFORE THE CEREMONY

Arrival Times

- All candidates are requested to report at the Esri South
Africa Offices, International Business Gateway, Corner New
Road and 6th Road, Midrand, refer to map on page 16.

- On arrival graduates will receive attire for the ceremony.
- Latecomers will not be allowed access to the hall after commencement of the
ceremony.

Guests

- Each graduating student may invite a maximum of three (3) guests to the

ceremony.

Children

- Children under the age of seven will not be allowed to attend the ceremony.

The Procession

- Graduates must report at the auditorium no later than 09:30 for 10:00

General

- The Academic Awards and conferral of the qualification shall take place in the

order stipulated in the graduation programme.
- The ceremony program shall be made available to all eligible parties.

- The institution has the right to keep all graduates lists for the purpose of
record keeping.

- Graduates and guests may not leave the venue during the proceedings.

- The graduation proceedings will be conducted in English.
- Mobile phones are to be switched off or put on silent mode during the
proceedings of the graduation ceremony.

- Graduation ceremonies will take place in May of each year.
- Esri South Africa reserves the right to use photos, images, videos and any other
media material for marketing, promotional and official documents.
