                      1.   All traffic to Web-Based Management Portal shall be secured with 2048-bit SSL/TLS encryption and use

                          lookup attacks.

               help deliver the full scope webcam service.

               service includes all physical components and technical equipment, we have live phone and email support team and a
               dedicated Account Manager for the complete duration of the project.
               Our webcam support and operations team visit project sites monthly or as required to complete interval checks and
               run system diagnostics checks as part of our proactive maintenance program ensuring the webcam service stays live
               and working seamlessly. Our operation team are visiting project sites daily across the Lower Mainland and can
               respond to all urgent requirements that may arise.
