STATEMENT OF ABILITY

Multivista began operations in 2003 capturing visual documentation using camera and video equipment, to date
Multivista has been procured on over 50,000 projects across North America and we have covered over 3.5 Billion
Square Feet of construction and civil sites.

Multivista began operating UAV services in 2015 and webcam services began in 2010. We are leaders and pioneers
in all forms of visual construction documentation. Over the past 16 years we pride ourselves on providing our client’s
visibility of projects for them to make better ‘Exact Built’ choices.

Multivista employees inhouse Photographers, UAV Pilots, Software Development, Operations, Project
Implementation, Product Specialists and Account Managers to provide a consistent and secure service to our clients
and their projects.
The Multivista personnel infrastructure supports the everyday operations of our UAV and webcam services by
continually working towards each of our clients’ needs and project requirements.

The Multivista office is in North Vancouver and our construction photographers, UAV pilots and webcam teams are
located across the entire Lower Mainland, making them one of the most accessible teams for construction projects
they are on the road daily maintaining a quality deliverable.
The majority of Multivista contracts are between 6 to 36 months in length.

Lastly Multivista invest in experience and professional equipment to complement the decade’s worth of combined
experience with visually documenting construction projects to deliver and support any project of any size.

SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE

Multivista have been servicing an end to end webcam service solution since 2010 and for the past nine years
Multivista have serviced and maintained more than 3,000 webcam installations across North America.

The experienced Multivista webcam personnel includes teams of Installation, Support and Software and Technical
Development members ensuring our services runs consistently and smoothly.

Multivista have work with various technical webcam installations including both Lan and Cellular based Webcam
systems and a variety of webcam camera specifications which include pan-tilt-zoom and fixed lenses.
Multivista have installed webcam services for large scale vertical and horizontal markets across North America since
2010 and offer full all-inclusive services, and various support and maintenance programs to suit our client’s
requirements.

Multivista has grown to 75 markets and implemented our own training workshop for all services provided.

Our webcam and UAV training programs include all required certifications and qualifications and include industry best
practices. We set clear standards for quality assurance practices for all Webcam and UAV solutions.

Multivista began UAV services in 2015, we have been flying UAV aircrafts to capture various stages of construction
and to capture the progressions of the build.
