h.  Theft or unauthorised possession of money or property,
                                 whether belonging to us, another employee, or a third party

                                 i.  Destruction/sabotage of our property, or any property on the
                                 premises

                                 j.  Serious breaches of the health and safety rules which
                                 endanger the lives of employees, or any other person

                                 k.  Gross insubordination and/or continuing refusal to carry out
                                 legitimate instructions

                                 l.  Abuse of the personal harassment policy.
