TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT



                   A)     RETIREMENT

                          The normal age for retirement is 65, and it is our policy for employees
                          to retire at the end of the week in which their 65  birthday falls. In
                                                                             th
                          certain circumstances consideration may be given to fresh employment
                          being offered to you after retirement. Such offers will be totally at the
                          discretion of the Company.

                   B)       TERMINATING EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE

                          If you terminate your employment without giving or working the
                          required period of notice, as indicated in your individual statement of
                          main terms of employment, you will have an amount equal to the
                          additional cost of covering your duties during the notice period not
                          worked deducted from any termination pay due to you. This is an
                          express written term of your contract of employment.

                   C)       TERMINATING YOUR EMPLOYMENT WITH NOTICE

                          You may give notice to terminate your employment at any time by
                          giving, and working, one week’s notice. This may be given either
                          verbally to a Company Manager or Director or in writing. We will accept
                          email and text message.
