                                                                                                                                                           of anxiety and lack of awareness of the patients should be reduced by relying
                                                                                                                                                           on the proposed changes and innovations.  Design  should empathize  with
                                                                                                                                                           patients who have uncertainty.  The goal of design should be to meet the
                                                                                                                                                           emotional needs of patients.





                                                                                                                                                           The ideas of this design may face the possible resistance of patients to accept
                                                                                                                                                           new technologies.
