This process book documents a transformative journey embarked upon by the
SETU Sports Injury Clinic, aimed at enhancing patient-provider interaction
during physiotherapy treatment titled: "Enhancing Patient-Provider Interac-

tion at SETU Sports Injury Clinic: A Study on Improving Physiotherapy
Treatment Process," this project endeavours to not only prioritize preferences
but also to optimize treatment outcomes through the implementation of holistic,
patient-centred, and technology-driven care paradigm.
