The PolyU Innovation Wall was unveiled on campus • Mr. Jeffrey Mclean, Partner and Patent Attorney of
showcasing the University’s recently patented technologies. A Deacons
kick-off ceremony was held at the Business of IP Asia Forum
on 7 December 2017. • Ms. Jennifer Mo, China Patent Attorney of Deacons

Beside of promoting the University’s development in
intellectual property, ITDO organised a breakout session at the
Forum on the topic “Crowdsourcing Ideas: Open Innovation
and Strategic Partnership”. With prominent speakers from Abstract
some of the world’s most innovative companies, audience
had the rare opportunity to engage in lively discussions on the ITDO shared with PolyU researchers on how to build a good
challenges of open innovations and ways to create synergies patent with a good invention disclosure. ITDO invited speakers
