        Following the success of the first edition of Global Food Safety   The  Food  Safety  Consortium  (FSC),  initiated  by  PolyU  and

        At the same event, the newly established DISH Global Centre   becomes  the  first  IAFP  affiliate  outside  of  the  Americas  to

        Sweden, and Hong Kong, with the vision to become a global
        leading collaborative centre for food safety. Through this key
        representation of academic collaborative efforts in engaging
        the industry, government, NGOs and other stakeholders, DISH
        is designated to translate into a true global effort to advance
        food safety, building on each partner’s networks, experiences
        and  skills,  and  to  reach  its  final  goal  of  creating  impact  on
        society in the long run.
