Steve Milligan

DIRECTOR FINANCE MANAGER

Steve started in the banking and finance sector in 1986 with
the R&I Bank (now BankWest). He has over 30 years
experience in the residential, commercial, asset finance
and SMSF areas.

Having a drive to succeed, he was given his first management
appointment when he was 24. Steve then moved into the
private sector where he became the Group Business Manager
with Lane Group for 10 years. During his time there he received
the accolade for the Top West Australian Business
Manager five years in a row.

Moving into the mortgage broking industry was a natural step
for Steve, providing specialist advice to his clients on home
loans, investment loans, refinancing, commercial and asset
finance. Steve has already won numerous awards in his time as
a mortgage and business finance broker including the two
major independent awards within the finance industry:

• Better Business Awards – 2016 West Australian Broker of the Year
• Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) – 2017
Residential Broker of the Year.
