     After 20 years of having its headquarters
     in Irving, TX, Pioneer Natural Resources
     was ready for a new facility, yet not a
     new hometown. When selecting a site
     that could meet all of their needs they
     looked across the freeway to KDC’s
     Hidden Ridge development. Staying
     in Irving allowed Pioneer to keep a
     commitment to their employees to
     offer value, access and amenities in the
     workplace.  The  over  1  million-square-
     foot facility will feature a glass curtain
     wall with stone façade, fitness center,
     employee cafeteria, town hall and
     daycare, along with a 3,000 car parking
     garage.  Additional amenities offered
     by the  development  include  access to
     retail, residential and a commuter rail
     station.
