this sort of consolidation would not only
help the company recruit and retain
top talent, but it would also increase
efficiency throughout their business.
With its new Plano campus, Liberty
Mutual will offer its employees walkable
amenities at the nearby Legacy West
Town Center, and amenities within
the building such as a rooftop café,
conference spaces, recreation areas
with bike storage and on-site employee
health services – all aimed at making the
workday as enjoyable and productive
as possible. Retention and recruitment
were key drivers.
