APPRECIATION TO OUR DEAR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
“Like arrows in the hands of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth.

Where would we be without our dear parents and guardians? our mothers (you know how African mothers do!), is Ayekoo
We could not have made it this far without them. and God bless you!! You have not laboured in vain.
We do not say it enough and most likely forget it to show To our parents and guardians who departed too early to
it, but we really do appreciate your love, your kindness, witness, experience and enjoy the women we have become,
prayers, support and many, many sacrifices. We are proud we know you are bursting with pride and joy in heaven as
of you. you watch over us. No, you did not labour in vain.
Oh, yes the sacrifices! For all the times that you had to How can we begin to measure you impact in our lives?
borrow to feed us and pay school fees; for the times you had Newton said it succinctly and indeed, if we have seen further
to work overtime and extra jobs just to earn a little extra; [and achieved excellence] it is because we have stood on
for the times you had to forgo that which you yearned for the shoulders of giants!
just to put a smile on our faces; for the times you even had
to literally sell your cloths and other personal belongings Your children have risen up to call you blessed.
just to put us through school! Wow! You did all that for us…
and even now, you extend that same love and care to our Thank you and may God replenish, refresh and restore you.
