Congress continues to cut spending for the military and government, but it

               still will not be enough to solve the debt issue.




               Therefore, it looks like raising taxes, reducing spending, and changing

               entitlement eligibility rules could be heading our way very soon. The

               problem is that no politician wants to commit political suicide by

               implementing the massive and necessary changes. In the meantime, the

               fiscal problems continue to worsen. One day, the musical chairs will stop

               and those left standing will have to wear the black hat and get busy making

               painful but necessary changes.

               I will ask again where you think taxes are headed in the future. Before you

               answer, look at the history of marginal tax rates. We've seen marginal tax

               rates over 90%!
