The very foundation of many plans is entrenched in the stock market, and

over the last 15 years, many people are moving sideways or backwards

with the largest portions of their capital. We suggest taking some time to

evaluate and learn about different hedging strategies.

Before concluding, I need to point out what is known as an accredited

               investor.

In the United States, for an individual to be considered an accredited

investor, he or she must have a net worth of at least one million U.S.

dollars, not including the value of one's primary residence, or have

income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or

$300,000 together with his or her spouse if married), and have the

expectation to make the same amount this year.

If you are an accredited investor based on the above definition, there is

another level of investment opportunities available to you. Each opportunity

requires verification of accredited investor status before releasing materials

on the different investment opportunities, such as life settlements,

institutional grade real estate, oil and gas, to name a few. Please contact

us if you qualify as an accredited investor to learn about the various

               opportunities available.
