Arkansas Colleges of Health Education
(ACHE), located in Fort Smith, Arkansas,
has quickly grown into a leading institution
dedicated to transforming healthcare
education and community wellness.
With over 200 employees and more
than 900 students, ACHE is proud to
prepare the next generation of healthcare
leaders through innovative programs,
groundbreaking research, and a deep
commitment to service.
Academic Excellence Across
Five Programs
ACHE offers five established
programs that equip students with the
skills and knowledge to thrive in healthcare
careers:

• Doctor of Occupational Therapy
(OTD) – educating occupational therapists
who empower individuals to live healthier,
more independent lives.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) –
training physical therapists to restore
movement and improve quality of life.
• Master of Science in Biomedicine
(MSB) – preparing graduates for
professional or research careers in the
sciences.
• Master of Public Health (MPH) –
equipping future public health leaders
with the tools to improve community
health outcomes.
Looking ahead, ACHE is expanding
its educational impact with three future
programs currently in development:
the Physician Associate (PA) Practice,
the Doctor of Executive Leadership
(DEL), and the Doctor of Medical Science
(DMSc). These additions reflect ACHE’s
mission to meet the growing and evolving
needs of healthcare across the region and
beyond.
Service Beyond the Classroom
At ACHE, education extends far
beyond lectures and labs. Students are
