"There are many reasons why you make the decision to sell your home and we have gone
through this process several times over the years. So who do you trust to look after your best
interests? We have used some of the larger franchises in the past and have always felt somewhat
let down. Their desire to secure your listing results in inflated market valuations and promises of
fantastic media exposure throughout their network but in the end the underlying desire is to move
the property which invariably comes with a list of excuses as to why expectations may not have
been achieved. We looked very closely at our market and it was very obvious who was actually

The best decision of my life.
After consulting 5 agencies, I selected Bernadette Hayes of Harbourline Real Estate to sell my late

I recently sold my family home of nearly 60 years with Bernadette Hayes from Harbourline Real Estate.
