gTalk PBX System FAQ




               1: What is gTalk?
               A: gTalk is an Over-the-Phone Secure Credit Card Payment Processing System.

               2: What card types are accepted?

               A: Currently, we can accept most type of debit, credit and pre-paid cards that are issued by Visa,
               Master card and Discover.

               3: Do I have to process all over the phone Credit and Debit Card payments through gTalk?
               A: No, please refer to the Over the Phone Debit and Credit Card SOP.

               4: Are there additional fees for paying through gTalk?

               A: There are no extra fees when processing a payment through gTalk.
               5: Why was the card declined?

               A: There are numerous reason why the card was declined. Here are the most common reasons, and
               information.

                   •  Incorrect Card information ( Billing Zip Code, CVC, Incorrect Card Number)
                   •  Insufficient funds
                   •  The Payment amount exceeds the customers daily limit

               6: Can I take Manual Payments through gTalk?

               A: Yes, only if it’s absolutely necessary. Please refer to the Over the Phone Debit and Credit Card
               SOP for more information.

               7: Which browser work best?
               A: For optimal performance, we recommend using Google Chrome, or Microsoft Internet Explorer
               9.0 and above.

               8: Can I view the status of a transaction?
               A: Yes, You may access the status by login on the gTalk website, selecting PCI Payment Log
               under Credit Card Processing tap and clicking status to view response code.
               9: Where can I obtain the gTalk User Manual?

               A: gTalk User Manual is located in the Resource Library under EBooks.

               10: Does gTalk keep me logged in?
               A: Yes, gTalk will keep you logged for an hour.

               11: How do I void a credit card transaction?
               A: All voided transactions have to be completed by your ZM or ROM.
