12: How do I request a void?

               A: Please email a void request form to your ZM or ROM.
               13: Do I have to log in under my extension to take a payment?

               A: Yes, each extension has its login.

               14: Can I process a payment on a transfer call?
               A: Yes, the system will allow you to take payment on a transfer call.

               15: Would the system allow me to process a payment without a zip code?
               A: No, AVS verifies that the billing address of the credit or debit card matches the address that is
               given by the customer.

               16: Would the system allow me to continue if I enter an incorrect credit card number?
               A: Yes, but the payment form will indicate a Red warning sign and the card will be declined. To
               avoid a declined transaction, please click on the Reset button and have the customer reenter the
               card number.

               17: Where can I find the response code?
               A:  You may search for the response code in Authorized.net 24/7 support website.

               18: Will I be able to view the transactions for the entire office?

               A:  No, you will only have access to view the transactions under the login extension.
               19: Who can I contact for gTalk assistance?

               A:  You may submit a ticket to the IT department for assistance.
