Why schedule several posts in advance to an event or announcement?
   It builds anticipation!
It draws your audience in, and gets you more “hits” which increases your chances that people who do not know you will see the event pop up in their search and news feeds!
Post When Viewer Engagement is Highest!
Set posts to be posted early morning around 7am - 9am, lunchtime noon -1pm, and close to when most people get off work around 3pm- 5pm, also on the weekends, which tend to be when most people are looking at Facebook.
Because your office may be closed or too busy during this time, it is so much less stress to just create a lot of posts one day a week to go out at these times throughout the following week.
How to Schedule a Post:
You do not have to pay for this, although some people use https://hootsuite.com. It is fairly simple to just sit down and do these steps directly on your Facebook page:
1) Start creating your post at the top of your Page's timeline.
2) Click next to PUBLISH and select SCHEDULE.
3) Below PUBLICATION, select the date and time when you want the post to publish.
Note: The drop down box for selection of date to publish is exactly the same method as described in the section for “Create a Poll.”
To change the time, click on hour, minute, or AM/PM and type preference.
4) Click SCHEDULE....and you are done!
