We refer to the above Substitution Agreement. We confirm that we have received no Response Notice from KACL 1. We refer to the above Substitution Agreement.
pursuant to clause 3.2 within the required 30 day period, to our notice of allegation as sent in accordance with clause
3.1 of the said Substitution Agreement. 2. We confirm that we have received from Payee confirmation that no Response Notice was received by the Payee
pursuant to clause 3.2 of the Substitution Agreement from KACL within the required 30-day period;
We hereupon call on you the Asset Custodian to assume henceforth the payment obligations of KACL to me, and
referred to the Substitution Agreement and subject to the provisions of the Substitution Agreement. 3. Accordingly, we hereby serve you notice pursuant to clause 3.3.2.1 of the Substitution Agreement that

Sincerely, 3.1 we will henceforth pay to the Payee, amounts equal to each of the Payment Obligations reproduced in the
Substitution Agreement which at this date remain to be paid to the Payee by KACL, as and when they are required to
be paid subject to the terms of the Substitution Agreement;

3.2 we are ceasing forthwith making payments to KACL pursuant to the Upstream Agreement referred to in the

XYZ Law Firm, Ltd. (Payee) XYZ Law Firm, Ltd. (Payee) Substitution Agreement.
