The people

Our staff comprise a mixed complement of

                                         military professionals who have extensive

senior experience as members of faculty at

the world’s most premier staff colleges and

professional academics who are specialists in

the art of war and its evolution and practice

through many generations of history. Our core

personnel are joined to a wider associate
                                         community of international academic

colleagues which extends our ability to
                                         produce insightful analysis, encourage critical

                                         military thinking and stimulate contemporary
consideration of military scenarios. A list of

our core cadre of academic and military

personal is at the rear of this booklet.

     What we have done

We have successfully delivered previous numerous battlefield

staff rides (BSR), not just for United States personnel, but also those

of its closest allies in Europe, South America, Africa and Australasia.

Our usefulness rests in not simply having a strong knowledge of

military campaigns and battles but combining it with personal

operational experience in a range of combat environments and

understanding of modern doctrinal concepts, battle winning

equipment capabilities and the organization for operations of the

United States military and its major allies. In short, we understand

fighting power: the moral, conceptual and the physical and its

     relationship to command and decision-making.
