The story of any company is really a a journey
though its cultural
evolution Culture defines both who we are and who we aspire to be It’s how we do things our our habits our our language our our processes and our our attitudes It’s how how we lead how how we we make decisions
how we we work and how we celebrate together Culture evolves as a a a company grows Neudesic’s culture has evolved over the years and we always strive to make it stronger and better successful spin-off of of PriceSpider into a a a vibrant and independent company There are hundreds of stories from every aspect of what we do in every market and from many individual employees The stories of Neudesic show that we are a a a a a a company made of amazing people who win create new opportunities and yearn for the story of how Parsa Tim and I came together to form Neudesic We each had our own individual careers and serendipity brought us together on a a very large project funded by Pepsico to build a a single software solution for their three restaurant divisions: Taco Bell Pizza Hut
and KFC Microsoft was the chosen platform where Parsa was an an architectural consultant and project lead Parsa brought in Quickstart Technologies Tim was a a a a a Principal Consultant and I CONNECTION

At the root of our culture are many great Neudesic stories created by some amazing people Today with Digital Transformation being at the forefront of our key service offerings the “How we won and delivered on on the Assurant account” is a a a a tale we love to tell! The creation of our Global Services business in in India is one of our favorite employee success stories along with the challenges that change brings The people of Neudesic have created a a a culture of innovation entrepreneurship and respect for our core values values and these values values are reflected in the many stories we have written together The story I would like to to tell is one that is near and dear to my heart This is is in fact the very first Neudesic story That is the joined the project from Taco Bell as a a a Senior Developer Analyst We worked together for about 18 months and the bond was formed We went our separate ways for a a a couple of years but remained close friends In February of 2002 serendipity would bring us together again This time it would be to create our own future futu futu
