           Assist in the purchase of a land based on the highest and best use study that includes a three-way
           valuation (comparable, development and income approach)

           Assist in structuring funding through FDI, structure debt, construction finance and LRDS, and equity
           placement

           Ensure quality and quantity adherance through the construction phase thereby minimising cost
           overuns and on-time delivery

           Actively get involved in operator search and appointments, in line with the current and future market
           outlook; and have a sustainable design and structure approach to lease management; and facilitate
           value creation for the asset through its entire life cycle including optimal exit strategy.

           On maturity and stabilisation of the asset: structure core asset and investment sales, allocate fund
           portfolios and raise capital, thereby completing the property life cycle in the most sustainable method.
