TIPS FOR SHIPPING SUPPLEMENTS TO AMAZON
1 When shipping product to Amazon, each pallet/skid of product
must have an Amazon barcode label. Each case of product on
the pallet/skid must also have an Amazon barcode label when
shipping freight.
2 When shipping small parcel, each master carton must have an
Amazon barcode label.
3 Amazon has the ability to arrange LTL/TL shipments for the
customer, as well as small parcel labels.
4 Product expiration dates must be visible on packaging cartons in
large, 36 point font.
5 A Manufacturing Date will not be accepted in place of a Best By,
Sell By, or Expiration Date.
6 Amazon allows a certain number of boxes/case packs to be
shipped within a single master case in order to save on shipping
costs.
7 When creating a supplement shipment, information required by
Amazon includes:
• Bottle Weight and Dimensions
• Case Pack Quantity, Weight & Dimensions
• Master Box Quantity, Weight & Dimensions
8 Product must have a shelf life of at least 105 days when received
by Amazon (for supplements, servings per bottle can influence
this number).
9 Amazon can require multiple pieces of documentation in order to
accept and process your supplement product including, but not
limited to, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS).
