(v) Provide a Valid Physical Postal Address of the Sender
A valid physical postal address must be included in every e-mail. A street
address or post office box would be considered a valid physical postal address.
Solicitations via e-mail are also considered to be covered under the rules
established in the Charitable Solicitations Act (“CSA”). See Chapter 45 for more
information about CSA rules.
