                  activities! Nothing says fall like “football!” Flag football is a great way to introduce
              Syour child to our favorite fall pastime. Our program is open to Kindergarten through
            4th grade girls and boys. This league is designed to teach the fundamental skills of the game,

            teamwork, and a basic understanding of the rules. If you would like to share your love and
            passion for football, contact our office to sponsor or coach a team.
              This is a great time of year to join one of our monthly programs, like gymnastics or dance.

            Our karate and boxing is open to both youth and adults. The Roberts Recreation Kitchen will
            be hosting Kids Cook with Books, Christmas Cookie Afternoon, Dining with Diabetes, Ancient

             This fall, Caldwell’s Meet Me Monday, a free weekly fitness walk/run program will move
            to a new location, downtown to Flying M Coffee, 724 E. Arthur Street, across from the plaza.
           Join us September 17 for the launch of our new location and a celebration of Caldwell’s one-

           year MMM anniversary.  And then, meet me each Monday to start your week on the “right
           foot,” meet new friends, earn free gear, and meet your fitness goals.
             In September, I will be hosting an eight-day tour that will take a group of seniors to

           Yellowstone National Park, Cody, WY, the Black Hills of South Dakota, including Mt. Rushmore
           and Crazy Horse Monument , Casper, WY, and Jackson Hole, WY. These tours allow our

           “golden age” citizens to travel in the comfort of a tour bus to popular vacation destinations

             Caldwell Parks and Recreation offers many opportunities for families to be active. We

           strive to provide fun options to promote an active and healthy lifestyle for you and your
           family. Enroll for a class, put together an adult basketball or volleyball team, or perhaps
