RAPED BY TWO MEN?

A young woman was raped by two men who assaulted her and had
intercourse with her one after the other. She became pregnant and
does not know from which of them. Will tissue typing help in deter-
mining who is the father of the fetus?

It says in the book of Shmuel (Shmuel I, 17:23), “While he [David]
was speaking to them, behold the warrior was ascending – Goliath
the Philistine was his name, from Gas – from the Philistine ranks.”
The word maarchos- ranks, is written maaros, without the letter caf,
which the Yerushalmi (Yevamos 4:2 [24b]) interprets as a contraction
of the words me’ah orlos (a hundred foreskins), referring to Goliath’s
origin being“from a hundred Philistine foreskins, for a hundred Phi-
listine foreskins had intercourse with her [i.e. with Orpah, Goliath’s
mother].”
The Yerushalmi’s comments are made in reference to the mishnah
