We shall first clarify whether it is an act of intercourse with a stranger
that renders a married woman forbidden to her husband, or whether
becoming impregnated from the sperm of a stranger even without
intercourse, suffices. The same question can be asked in regard to the
resulting child: is it only his parents’ act of forbidden of intercourse
that renders the child a mamzer or does the mix resulting from his
