production of beers and beer based mixed
drinks.
Centec equipment is used throughout the entire
brewing process. e.g. for water purification
and water deaeration, wort cooling and wort
aeration, yeast dosing and yeast management,
blending and carbonation, product sterile
filtration and flash pasteurization. Centec
technology includes high precision sensors for
accurately measuring extract, alcohol, O2 and
CO2.
