Maybe you listed ten red flags and could have listed even more. Maybe you listed fewer
than ten. Perhaps you were easily able to list behaviors that you suspected would cause
you future employability problems. Let’s put this list of red flag behaviors you have just
completed aside for the moment. We’ll come back to it later. For now, let’s try to look at
employment issues as if we were the employer. In other words, what are the employer’s
concerns about an applicant’s past behaviors?
