TW Constructors, in JV with Clayco completed the extensive interior tenant finish
for Barnes Jewish / Washington University’s newest venture. The 60,000-square

foot finish was completed in 6 short months and included a full service Orthopedic

Surgery Center, an MRI suite, rehab facilities, exam rooms, doctor offices, and

support facilities. An enhanced HVAC system was installed as well as
environmental friendly low flush toilets and water conserving features

throughout the building.
