Mechanical Solutions provides full Mechanical HVAC Cosntruction services to our clients. We manage all projects
from incpetion to project turnover including warranty issues. Taking total responsibility of the Mechanical HVAC
Contruction budget and schedule in order to simplify the construction process for the Owner. This is accom-
plished through the following:

• Taking complete control of the budget and updaing the Owner and General Contractor accordingly.
• Pre-planning with subcontractors and laying out he project expectations and schedule requirements prior to the
project award in order to eliminate overtime charges from subcontractors.
• Constant monitoring of the project schedule and making critical management decisions regarding overtime.
• Furnishing monthly reports in order to summarize the project for the Owner and General Contractor.
• Conducting Owner meetings to constantly update project status.
• Providing exceptional project suervision including project managers and superintendents who insist on perfec-
tion with the final construction product.
• Completing punch list items to owner satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Track warranty issues immediately, surpassing Owner expectations.

Post-Closeout Process
• Startup and provide Owner orientation
• Provide complete maintenance manuals and warranty information
• Provide As-Built drawings
• Close0out accounts and bonds
