            Rinse for Long or Short Hair
Take a plastic bottle whose base is large enough to soak wet hair in, and cut it in half. Place the ingredients in the bottom half and mix. Following the final rinse, remove excess water from the hair, and place hair in the receptacle. Massage well, making sure to keep the water in the receptacle. Repeat several times. The oil on the surface will be absorbed by the hair. Pour the rest of the water over the scalp. Do not rinse.
 1 1⁄2 cup (375 ml)
   cold water, preferably filtered
   1 tbsp (15 ml)
  dried chamomile flowers
   4 to 5 drops
  pure jojoba oil (omit jojoba oil for oily hair)
  Essential oils to use according to hair type:
• Normal • Dry
• Oily
• Dark
• Damaged
• Dandruff-prone
ylang-ylang, lavender, thyme, cedar, rosemary sandalwood, sage, geranium
juniper, rosemary, cedar, lemon, bergamot, grapefruit, cypress, basil, sage, petitgrain, lavender, lemongrass, thyme
ylang-ylang, Chamomille, sandalwood
tea tree, petitgrain, rosemary, juniper, sandalwood, patchouli
