            Dry Hair Aromatic Floral Rinse
  1 cup (250 ml)
  dried rose petals
 1 cup (250 ml)
  dried chamomile flowers
 1 cup (250 ml)
   marshmallow root
   Enough to cover flowers
  Unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
  Place flowers in an airtight glass jar and add enough
vinegar to cover. Seal tightly and leave to soak for two weeks in a dry, dark place. Filter and store in a clean bottle.
After shampooing, rinse hair with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) diluted in 1 cup (250 ml) water.
Dandruff Rinse
• 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) apple cider vinegar
Massage vinegar into hair. Leave for about 20 minutes then rinse. Repeat three or four times a week. Vinegar eliminates dandruff and leaves hair soft and shiny
To Promote Hair Growth
Soak leaves and roots in vinegar for 15 days in a dark place.
Dilute 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the solution in 2 cups
(500 ml) water. Use after shampooing and conditioning to strengthen hair. Nettle roots, leaves and seeds are extremely effective hair astringents. Caution: Nettle root may darken hair.
