Rub mixture into age spots every day until they become noticeably lighter.
Relaxation
• 1 cup (250 ml) apple cider vinegar
Take a hot 15- to 20-minute bath with vinegar added to facilitate sleep, or to simply relax after a long day.
Firming Lotion
Prepare lemon balm infusion by adding 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon balm to 4 cups (1 L) boiling water. Add 1⁄2 cup infusion to remaining ingredients. Rub into skin after showering or bathing. Prepare a new batch every ten days, as it will lose its astringent properties with time. Store in a dark place.
