            Floral Vinegar
 2 cups (500 ml)
  apple cider vinegar
 2 tsp (10 ml)
  rose petals
 2 tsp (10 ml)
  linden
 2 tsp (10 ml)
   chamomile
   2 tsp (10 ml)
 lavender
 2 tsp (10 ml)
  hollyhock
 2 tsp (10 ml)
   marigold
  Soak flowers in vinegar for 21 days. Filter with cheesecloth, thoroughly squeezing out plants. Store in an airtight bottle. Use a mixture of 1 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar and 2 cups (500 ml) water to cleanse the skin. Use undiluted as a perfume.
 Rose Vinegar
Start by placing 3.5 oz (100 g) rose petals in a jar and covering with vinegar. Seal jar tightly. Leave in the sun for three weeks, then filter. Repeat the process by pouring the first batch of vinegar over the remaining rose petals, resealing the jar, and again leaving in the sun for three weeks. Filter with cheesecloth, thoroughly squeezing out petals. Store in an airtight glass bottle. Use a mixture of 1 tbsp (15 ml) vinegar and two cups (500 ml) water to cleanse the skin. Use undiluted as a perfume.
