Why is it when we go on holiday we always fall in love with the local wine? Is it because it’s good wine or is it because you’re sat next to the pool and you have left your troubles behind? I’ve picked on Portugal for this one as we have so many requests from people who have come back from this beautiful country and asked us to source the wine that they had in José Trattoria. Of course, we are happy to try and source, but we believe we have picked some absolute gems from the main regions that should transport you straight back to hot summer days.
